Anna Peters |
Experience Anna joined Vaughan & Monaghan Insurance and Financial Services in 2003 and has never looked back. Anna has been involved in all aspects of the business and has seen Vaughan & Monaghan Insurance and Financial Services grow during her time here. Anna currently assists with insurance matters and will often be the first point of contact in respect of insurance queries. In addition to the above, Anna also has responsibility for dealing with the company’s administrative matters. |

Serene Ong |
Experience Serene joined Vaughan & Monaghan Insurance and Financial Services in 2006 from Morley Fund Management Singapore, the asset management arm of Aviva plc. Given Serene’s background, Serene is able to bring a wealth of experience to Vaughan & Monaghan Insurance and Financial Services in both financial planning and investment management. As such, Serene provides direct support in respect of the financial planning practice as well as providing administrative support. Educational

Community Involvement
We believe it is important for companies to benefit and support communities and are involved in a number of areas:
New South Wales Rural Fire Service
Stephen has been involved with the New South Wales Rural Fire Service for over 25 years and currently holds the position of deputy at his local brigade. During this time he has been involved in a number of the major fires that have impacted Sydney along with assisting in other parts of the state.
Blood Donations
As a company we encourage our staff to give blood allowing them time off to donate on a regular basis. Stephen has been a regular supporter of the blood donation program currently having given over 125 donations.
Donations to Community Organisations
We support a number of charities at Christmas and during the year as we believe an organisation is part of the local community and needs to support those who help others.
